We are delighted to share our commitment to inclusivity and diversity by partnering with the Global Rainbow Foundation to provide career and work placement initiatives to differently-abled individuals. We believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to showcase their talents and abilities, regardless of their physical or mental capabilities.

Through our partnership with the Global Rainbow Foundation, we have been able to conduct several workplace audits that have helped us to identify areas of improvement and create a more inclusive and welcoming work environment. By taking the feedback and advice of the foundation, we have been able to make adjustments to our workspace and facilities that have made it easier for differently-abled employees to work with us.

One of our proudest achievements in this partnership is the completion of Sign Language Training by many of our employees. This training has empowered our employees to communicate better with colleagues who have speech and hearing impairments, breaking down communication barriers and fostering a more inclusive work culture.

The training has provided our employees with an opportunity to learn a valuable skill that they can use both at work and in their personal lives. It has also created a more positive and inclusive work environment by helping our colleagues with disabilities feel more included and valued.
